AC MILAN UNVEILS U-21 TRAVEL ROSTER FOR PORTLAND MATCH

Roster includes three players with first-team appearances in 2006-07

PORTLAND, Ore. - Champions League champion AC Milan announced today the travel roster for its Primavera team (U-21), which is scheduled to play the Portland Timbers on June 19 in the Esurance AC Milan U-21 vs. Timbers Exhibition Match presented by Peroni Italy & KINK.fm at PGE Park at 7 p.m.

Featured on AC Milan Primavera's roster are three players who played with AC Milan's first team during the 2006-07 season - defender Matteo Darmian, and midfielders Alex Guerci and Luca Antonelli.

Antonelli, 20, was called up to the first team 12 times during the season, more than any other Primavera player. He made appearances in two Italian Cup victories over Brescia and a Serie A match against Udinese on Dec. 23.

AC Milan Primavera's roster also includes midfielder Davide Ancelotti - the son of AC Milan head coach Carlo Ancelotti, a former Italian International and 1990 World Cup participant. Davide Ancelotti, 17, played for AC Milan's U-18 squad during the 2006-07 season.

AC Milan Primavera visits Portland on a leg of its preseason U.S. tour, arranged by International Sports Events. The U-21 squad of Champions League champion, AC Milan, will also play the Minnesota Thunder of the USL First Division on its tour.
